Good morning. Well, you joined me in Barbados. Yeah, I wish! As you can see, we’re here in Barnsley and it is snowing and guess what guys. It’s cold.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. No shit, Sherlock! Pretty obvious really, isn’t it? But you know what? This week of snowing weather in Great Britain has got me to think about the way that people think about things in their life every day.

You see, when it was snowing the other day, I remember thinking, “Great! I can use my Land Rover! I can use the snow bit in the four by four.” But I also knew that lots of people in the UK would have been thinking, “Uh! It’s snowing. That’s S-H-I-T.”

But then that sort of got me thinking about the bigger things because yesterday, I had a business meeting and somebody said to me, “Are you sure you’re going to be OK? Are you sure you don’t want to check the weather? Because the forecast is really bad,” and I thought, “You know what? This is one reason why I don’t actually watch the news,” because when I got on the road – don’t get me wrong. I wasn’t being frivolous or careless. If it would have been really bad, I would have turned back, wouldn’t I?

But when I got on the road, it was clear. I made my journey in half the time that I would have done normally because you see, the problem is the majority of people don’t actually want to get to where they want to go. They will wait for any opportunity, any bit of advice that somebody else wants to give them to stop them from moving ahead.

So my question for you today is, “What stops you getting where you want to go?” At the end of the day, only you can make the choice to take into consideration maybe what’s going on around you. But what you decide is up to you and nobody else.

So I hope today that you make some great choices to move you ahead in your life, to your destination where you want to be. Now, if it’s OK with you, I think I’m going to go and enjoy the snow.

So take care and see you soon. Bye!
